Deffo. They may be absulute ****, but at least I can see they are better at defending already. Everything else mind is utter ****e. (Had to say it twice)
one way traffic till about 30 mins then we grew into the game. again our final ball is not there and you have to take them chances when they come available. Thought Rutter grew into the game and looks a handful when on the ball. we need to get more control of the midfield but signs were there we started to believe as Chelski lost a bit of huff and puff. Chelski are trying to put Cre down with a clatter every time he has the ball and the ref has to start being a man and understand what the plan is on him as it's fairly obvious its to stop him running by any means. Looked glum till 30 mins but we starting to find some feet.
Solid half. Held out the first 20. Crowd turned against Chelsea and we started to grow in to the game. We just don't look to have a goal in us though.
Why do we insist in wasting opportinities with corners. Not one of these efforts of passing to someone standing close to the corner-taker has caused even a frisson of danger to the opposition. What's wrong with the old tried & tested getting it into the box on someone's head? Are they all scared of dementia in their old age?
