Sarcasm isn't true but is based on some element of truth or real events. I really can't see how anyone can take that as a racist or derogatory remark to be honest. It's a tongue and cheek response based on the incident involving Chelsea fans on a French train (and it is aimed at their bigotry) and fits perfectly with UIR (I think) saying the bus was full which in itself was a joke.
