Astro is a Liverpool fan. But the same applies with BR. BR is proving to be a good manager for sure, but comparing his one Play off medal to Jose's record in the last decade is laughable.

Jose spending £100m last year to finish behind Rodgers is also laughable I came here with the serious point of saying I don't think the true potential of your squad will be released by Mourinho. On the other hand Rodgers has got Liverpool's squad performing almost to its maximum. #bitters like Tobes just want to WUM and he has no point other than he hates Liverpool He's only here because his own club has done nothing to compare to Liverpool so he becomes a Chelsea/Man Utd plastic to leech of their success, plus he's in #meltdown after a prolonged session of embarrassing himself on the Liverpool board last night
A serious point? What this s**te below? You calling anyone a WUM is off the scale irony, you f**ing idiot btw I defy anyone to read the thread in question and conclude that I got 'owned' on it. You're a cult, who'd argue black was white if a kopite said so. http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/269998-pulling-a-spurs
Chelsea are the biggest PL spenders so far this window I do expect us to finish behind Chelsea next season though, the aim should be to secure top 4 and all the BT money while building the squad to compete in more competitions than last season
Would be a good point if Chelsea hadn't spent another £80m already. I'm sure the £100m spend will happen this season again - probably as soon as we get someone in to sign a contract
Since Jan we've sold De Bruyne, Mata, Ba and Luiz for over 100 million and we have bought in half a dozen players for around the same money. We'll break even at least by the end of the window, may even have a profit if Lukaku goes.
I personally dont think you will do it mate, putting all prejudices aside. I think United will break back into the top 4, and it will be at Liverpools expense. This is just a prediction though obviously.
Yes, I know . Liverpool have also recouped a lot of their spend but that was ignored in the exchanges above, as with our spend last year despite the fact that we broke even (in fact a small profit). So what's good for the goose, is good for the gander.
I think it was more to do with the fact you squandered the Bale money rather than the actually amount you spend. Much like Liverpool are doing currently, wasting all the Suarez money on a load of mid-table players - with the exception of Markovic, but it's too early to tell.
Aye, people took the piss not due to the amount you spent....if you have sold a player like Bale for nearly £90m you are entitled to spend. Its that you bought a pile of sh!te with it.
