The Windows 7 version of paint, it's crap but I've learned all the tricks so even if you freeform cut+paste without getting the edges spot on you can use the colour picker to draw out any unwanted bits of background

edit - tried it,it's chronic i wish i had photo shop used to but when i got this comp my version wouldn't work with vista

Wish I had some better Photoshop software, this would've looked so much better if I still had Fireworks.

You should download GIMP. It's pretty much the same as Photoshop and it's free! It's what I used to make the banner on this board.
