From wiki:

In 2010, Wickham signed a sponsorship deal with British sportswear and equipment supplier, Umbro.[4] He appeared in an advert for the new England kit in September 2010[74] and is one of the flagship wearers of Umbro's GT range of football boots.[75]

High hopes?

Is it any wonder when you drill down to cost per goal, I will take whichams half million pound a goal, ( secured club a fortune in 2013/14) how much altidore (donkey) graham (grafter but??) pound per goal ratio
don't understand the bold/
Wickcam didn't cost us anything per goal, we made profit. But Jozy cost us nothing per goal as we didn't make a loss on him. Graham Has scored 1 goal so 5m at the moment. But why we talking about them? Apart from Defoe's runs everything about the five strikers we've had recently has been ****e(I don't really praise workrate, league 2 players can have work rate, it's doesn't qualify them to play in the prem). But I judge each on their own merits as I have no desire to compare lumps of ****.

Adding to that where is plan

Fer Sky reports no offers and West Ham now sniffing

And Kazan player coming in for medical err when

5 days guys, cmon ignite us, where waiting

Fer will come here, He's PVAs cousin, he's got Dutch players around him and a Dutch head coach, he's a good player, destroyed us at the SoL, willbe in before Saturday apparently. The Kazan player Yann M'Villa, an utterly next level player, it's expected it to be completed tomorrow or Wednesday.

The plan is coming along very very well indeed. All we'll need is a striker with over three weeks of the window to go. I can't understand why anybody wouldn't be optimistic.

He was a ridiculous purchase in the first place, said at the time we shouldn't be buying expensive "prospects" .
Impressive piece of business by the money men to get so much for him mind. <ale>

So long and thanks for all the fish. :p

With that in mind what do you think mags business fella. 20m on two kids from a **** two team league? Very risky if you ask me.

Very risky mate, but don't know enough about them to comment more.
Neither of our clubs can afford to take risks on expensive prospects.

But the Connor business makes me laugh, it's now quite clear why fat Mike didn't let Pardew have a say in the skunks transfers. Hahaha
I owe Congerton a drink on this one. <ale>

That's my thinking. I'm sure they're talented kids but their squad last season was ****e. Huge chunk of their budget on these two lads and with it a huge amount of pressure to perform from the off when they should be allowed to progress at their own pace. Wij is a great signing but the younguns. Massive risk imo. Makes the mags a wild card. But if they don't perform, it looks like a long season up the road.

Congers is doing a great job.

Like you say pressure to perform is the key.
Prospects can get away with coasting in good teams at times.
In struggling teams they just look ****e.
And will not get any leeway off the fans.
