Is it right that a woman can't be done for raping a man?
And no I don't mean sticking a strap on up his back eye.

No mate, that not right at all. Women do get done for rape. It's rare but it happens. I think something like 1 in a thousand rapes are woman on man.

They can be done for it due to the fact that a man can become erect involuntarily. Women are done for statutory rape as well as regular adult on adult rape. There's a **** load of stigmas and myths which work against male victims of this type of rape but to say that women can't be done for it is wrong.

Where have you read that mate? I'm ninety nine percent sure it's untrue. I worked in a pub in Birmingham for a few months in my teens and served an irish gypsy woman who claimed she'd just got out on a rape charge.

She frightened the **** out of me, didn't help that she used to talk about the time she'd put her husbands eye out with her shoe.

There was that well known case from years ago, an ex-Mormon woman I think, called McKinney?, who was done for keeping some guy prisoner and making him have sex? In America though.

As far as they are concerned their principles that say he has raped someone.
Even if the judges overturned it they would probably say its all bollocks and how can they change their mind. Don't forget they are women and will take the womans sideher side anyway.

Imagine if Oscar P got off with murdering his fiancee (some may argue that he has) some people would still say its all fixed and corrupt.

Studied sociology at A level mate and read a lot of stuff about rape and domestic abuse of a man by a woman.

Admittedly men aren't protected by the law like women are but I've read the statistics and it does happen.

Unfortunately people think men are always up for sex or should be able to defend themselves if they want to which just isn't always the case.

Aye, Joyce McKinney, must've been around '79 or so.
My dad & his mate thought the bloke was nuts.
The Mirror did her story, I remember it quite clearly.

Internet mate.

A woman could not commit rape as a principal offender, by the nature of the offence, but she could commit rape as an accomplice

"only a man can commit rape and only a woman can be a victim. " Is that what you meant mate? That's with regards to rape within a marriage as set out in '81.

"If any person, male or female, inserts an object into a woman’s vagina (form 4) this is rape. " That was an amednment made in '90 so women can certainly be done for rape on women.

But there's no mention of women on man, there's some weird **** about penetration with objects. Into a woman's vagina is rape, into a blokes anus is not. Which isn't true in terms of dude on dude, maybe if a woman sticks something in your backside it's not an offence.

Just left me confused by the situation to be honest.

Strangely enough, she didn't claim she was too drunk to consent. That is a common misconception about the case.

She had no say in if she was or wasn't raped, it was a charge led by the police and the crown prosecution service. They didn't allow her testimony to be admissable as they claimed she couldn't be in a position to know due to memory loss.
