You're not getting my point either! What happens if something does happen to her one night! Is it taken on its own merits or can the alledge attacker call on her exes to say she likes it? And get off with it! You've called for her to be found guilty of perjury but Only the people in that hotel know what happened! What if she did say NO?

A former partner provided evidence to say she engaged in similar behavior shortly after the alleged incident had occurred, which directly contradicted her earlier statements.

This means she has lied to the police and courts, when her only evidence is her word, how can the jury now possibly trust her?

 

Did she ever claim she was? I thought it was the Police that decided it was rape based on what she said when she reported her missing bag?

If so, I wonder if they and the CPs will review their procedures as it's cost a lot of people pain and money.

Suspect those involved have no idea of what happened re consent on that night. It does therefore seem wrong that one man can spend a few years in prison and have a very promising career totally destroyed when there is so much doubt. I have no doubt that he is probably bankrupt in terms of morality, but probably a regular occasion with footballers?

It wasn't a case of an ex saying she liked it.It was one describing what she did during sex that corresponded to what Evans had told the police when first interviewed. The ex didn't know what Evans had said when he gave his statement.
