I fail to see what possible relevance any past sexual relations have to do with it. She could be the loosest lass on the planet, it doesn't mean she can't be raped.

The current situation is that she made false allegations against a man and he served two and half years in prison for a crime he didn't commit.

 

It wasn't that. She had claimed she was drugged and couldn't remember anything. Yet her previous partners described her actions and attitude to sex exactly as Evans had in his first statement to the police. Though the morals and behaviour of all three isn't what any of our kids to have.
Three asylum seekers have just get let off a charge in Newcastle because of discrepancies in what the translator wrote (I bet their English is pretty good when it suits. They had engaged 14 year old lasses in conversation and
I assume they weren't fluid in Arabic) and it being said the lasses had previously being economical with the truth. Still was a technicality that got them off though. That is hailed by sympathisers in the comments sections in the papers as a triumph for justice. Funny how things are looked at differently.

Okay say he offered her money, she took it then blackmailed him for more threatening to take it court if he doesn't pay, how would he explain that first payment to the court if he was innocent? He'd look guilty as hell. His legal team knew he was innocent and weren't stupid enough to risk his future by offering money to make her go away.

What is the point in having a court and jury if people like you are not going to accept its verdict? Right now you're defending someone that has lied under oath because you hold some personal belief that she's a victim. Meanwhile an innocent man lost two and half years of his life and you still believe him to be a criminal.

It is scary that people like you are able to serve on a jury.

I hope no one close to you is ever falsely accused of rape, they certainly wouldn't get much support from you.

 

So what happens if she's attacked one night & raped sometime in the future? Her word against the rapist! Do they pull out all the her ex blokes To say she's game? If you read my post I wasn't defending her! I was making the point that something must have happened for to act differently to how she's been in the past?

 

She wasn't attacked and raped. Both of them have been acquitted.
