That was my point with regard to the case that I was involved in, had they heard the actual evidence being given, I've no doubt they'd have approached things differently.
I really started this thread as a question of moral...look, guilty or not was not really what i was asking (hes still a convicted rapist)....Been a bloody good read though...my argument i suppose is that celebs should be given some kind of pro licence to perform because they are so much in the public eye...anything major they get done for (say e.g rape)they lose that licence.Afterall any politician wud never be involved in politics again upon release(i know there all cnts too behind the scenes).
