Ponders. If you penetrated that llama you could be in big trouble. Despite your obvious intellect I am assuming that you cant speak llamaese? Therefore how do you know that she (god forbid it was a he!!) said yes!! You see what I'm saying?
 
Agree completely with Franco that he should be free to resume his career once he has served his time. But I would roundly condemn any club that bought him. If charlton did I would return my season ticket. Mind you, in the unlikely event that he has been sensible with his money, he's been on at least 15k a week for the last 3 years so in that time he's earned more than some (most?) folk earn in a career. There is a little part of me thinks that he's been a tadge unlucky, but only a very little part and I hope this serves as a salutary lesson for all those who think they are above the law
 
Football is an entertainment business, football games are attended by women and children.... do you want your wife/daughter/son to be forced to watch a convicted rapist just because you want to support your club?

Some football clubs will just look at the ££££ (take F1 this weekend, they are in Bahrain this weekend JUST for the money) and could well offer him a contract BUT supporters should have every right to tell Mr Evans what they think of him. Some footballers are an asset to their sport (Sir Chris) others (Evans & Hughes) are most certainly not!

The case against BWP was dropped for insufficient evidence so unlike the other people who have been convicted of serious crimes, BWP although arrested has not been found guilty in a court of law. I doubt that he was let off on a whim since being the son of a high profile father they would have sought to make an example of him. However, I guess in this case insufficient evidence means no evidence other than the fact that he was in the same place as Dyer.

Calm down peeps, calm down.
I'm not sure i'm making a point here , other than to possibly highlight the fact that the law is an ass (a well-worn cliche, i know, but very apt).
Working in Portsmouth, i happen to know one of the barmaids that were robbed on this particular night, and 'allegedly' there was categoric cctv proof that BWP had partaked in a wrong-doing, but this wasnt admissible in court (for whatever reason).Now, this is all heresay obviously, but was said with obvious sincerity at the time.

What i'm trying to get to,i supposse, is that we can all be dismissive and scathing to Ched Evans, and he is obviously guilty of a major mis-demeanour that he should be punished with, however, the law states that the person in the dock is either guilty or not guilty, on or off, right or wrong, (i wont say black or white, as i'll only have the PC Police having a pop at me , again) - however, there are obviously cases that are dismissed through 'lack of evidence' or other vaguaries of the law, whereas the level of probability of actually committing the crime is high.
I dont know how to solve this (our law system has been around for centuries) - maybe there should be some sort of sliding-scale for probability of offence ???? Dont know. But we can all be scathing of one person being banged-up, whereas someone else gets away with it because of 'lack-of-evidence', more than likely because of a sharp lawyer - or shall we all employ the legal team that OJ Simpson had should we be up in front the man with the wig?

And calm down.

A good point, Jimbob. I am no Doctor Doolittle, but I am quite sure that the llama did not appreciate my advances one bit.

Franco, I shall elaborate further: I had enjoyed a few Chivas Regals that night, and decided to take a short cut through the park on the way home. The circus was in town, and for some reason I thought it would suit my purpose if I rode a trained animal home instead of walking or calling a cab. I soon found the elephant enclosure firmly secured - but the llamas were obviously less valued. I clambered over and spent the next ten minutes trying to mount one of the disturbed camelids. Obviously my hulking form did not appeal to them and they evaded my advances.

In the end I was manhandled out by two Russian fellas, and kindly escorted home by two very amused Police officers.

It was only the next day that I realised I would have had to have jumped the eight-foot fence on the back of the llama!
 
It's a shame. If he wasn't a rapist then his career would have sky rocketed and we'd have just been a stepping stone. We needed him today.

A massive loss on the football front for you BUT really hope you boys go up as runners up..can`t stand the massive club,and you boys play lovely passing footballl a pleasure to watch far and away the best team to visit the valley this season
