    Was it Di Canio who caught the ball while it was still in play to stop the game when someone was down injured?

    Rule has changed now whereby the players no longer decide. You still see players do it and kick it out, but its the referee who now makes the decision. I've seen a few incidences where the opposing team have been miffed because the ball has not been put out and the team taking advantage simply point to the refereee as if to say, "ask him"
