Both the officials and those that cause the simulation need to be blamed. We need to clamp down on both.

Divers and those who feign injury need to be banned for several matches with the club fining them all the wages of that week for the games that they miss and the Premier League (or whichever governing body of competition that they're in) imposing a further fine as a punishment (it reflects bad on the player, the club, the league that they're from and the competition that they're playing in).

Goal line technology and video replays just have to be introduced.

This <ok>
Ian Dowie said soft pen, offside and as for a red card? isn't a pen enough punishment I guess it isn't. Game ruined and it's the ref's fault.

Anyone else see the Villa player get booked for DIVING on MOTD? That was in FACT a penalty too Villa. <doh>

This is why i'm angry, we had no chance after it, it pretty much ended the game for us, and could get us relegated.

Did you not see your player fall to the floor like someone pulled the grass from underneath him.

Suppose your use to seeing this from your players, you must think this is the norm!?

The red card was not too dissimilar to many throughout the season (leaving the off side out of the debate for now). Yes it was soft and Young did go down without much or any contact from Shaun Derry BUT, and this is the why QPR have had so many players sent off this season, Derry did have his arm stretched out towards Young. He basically helped the referee to make the wrong decision by doing something he could and arguably should have avoided doing.

Not condoning what Young did but offering another perspective <ok>

If it was really given for that then it's even more laughable. I assumed Mason amongst the comedy of errors thought Derry had tripped Young. We've shot ourselves in the foot with some of the seven red cards but today's, Barton's against Norwich and Cisse's against Wolves have all been very harsh or as a result of incompetence and have cost us dear.

Exactly! We seem to have learned after our red cards and 4 penalties in the first 4 games. As you say, it could ultimately cost your team dearly.

As far as I could make out, on a pretty poor stream I must admit, it appeared that there was the slightest touch of Young's shirt, not a pull as such but the out-stretched arm may have been influential. Having said that, the decision may have been for a trip, either way it was wrong.

If today means QPR go down then tough luck.

There are 37 other games you could of tried harder in after all......

hear it every season, oh United cheated and now my team might go down....

Go take your face for a walk

It could indeed mean QPR are relegated, I HOPE not for your'e sake mate..

It's one game <doh> (of which they were very unlikely to pick up anything either way)

QPR simply haven't been good enough over the course of the season if they get relegated (it really is that simlpe).

I don't support UTD btw.

According to United fans, it's because of the referees in the United vs Chelsea game that cost them the title in 2009/10. Why didn't they think of the other 37 games that they could have tried harder in?

Where exactly did I say Utd we're lucky?
I have no connection with either Utd NOR QPR.

Fair enought QPR may not have played well enough, you are misssing the point.

It's that simple. Utd will deserve to win the League becasue they are currently the best team in the PL look at the table it's that simple.

IF QPR should go down becasue of that ONE decision, and you we're a QPR fan your'e telling me you would not be well and truly hacked off?

Of course you would.

P.S. I'm sure most QPR fans did not expect anything other than a battering today but having to play with ten men for 70 odd mins isn't right.
