If he were to sack his CEO for someone who can do the job properly it just might change things, but he seems very protective towards her. In his "Dear Fans" rant he spoke about the threat to her personal safety, so she must have convinced him that she needs two heavies with her at all times to protect her from those violent Charlton fans. When you use people the way Roland does they will use you too. I believe Richard "Link with the fans" Murray's support is crucial to them at this time.
