CAFC PAST

1. Why did you initially support Charlton? My late fathers fault. Also they're my local team (used to live less than a mile from The Valleyprior to moving to Sunny Sidcup).
2. When did you start? From birth
3. What was the first game you can remember? Notts County at home, my first ever game. We won 2:1 with goals from Alan Pardew and Km Grant and in spite of having gone one nil down.
4. Who is your favourite all time player? Richard Rufus
5. Who was your favourite ever CAFC manager? Will have to be Curbs I suppose.
6. What is the best goal you can remember? All three of Mendonca's hat trick are etched on my brain until the day I die... All three were simply magic and for me it's the best hat trick i've ever seen...!!
7. What has been your favourite game? 1998 playoff final (will there ever be a better game for ay Charton fan?).

CAFC PRESENT.

1. Who is your current favourite player? None of them...
2. What do you think of Chris Powell as manager? I'm hopefull that the squad of players he's putting together are capable of taking on his ideals and playing the way he wants to play.
3. How do you feel about our owners? So far so good...
4. What was your highlight of last season? It ending...!!
5. What was your favourite goal last season? Solly in injury time vs Orient.
6. What was your favourite game last season? Orient vs Charlton
7. Whats your prediction for the coming season? Play offs.

OTHER TEAMS

1. Who are your second team? Ac Milan.
2. What team do you hate the most? Palace.
3. What other teams do you dislike? MK Dons (franchise football... say no more).
4. What is your favourite (other than the Valley) stadium? Signal Iduna Park (home of Borussia Dortmund, the standing terrace beind one of the goals holds 26,000 peopleand the atmosphere is unbeleivable).
5. What is your least favourite ground? Cespit Park...!!
6. What is your favourite kit (of another team)? The red and black stripes of Ac Milan... truly Iconic.

MISC.

1. What is your favourite chant? Palace fan hanging on a string... havent heard it for a while though.
2. What is the funniest thing you have seen/heard at the valley? An old boy I was sat next to once... shouted with such venom at a certain Carl Leaburn that his false teeth flew out and hit the fella sat in front of him on the back... <laugh> (I laughed so hard that a bit of wee came out... <laugh>)
3. If you could remove any team from the football league, who would it be? MK Dons... for obvious reasons.
4. What is your opinion on Firefighters from Sheffield? Ask A2C if yu can find the rock he's hiding under...
5. Any annoying kids ever dropped a hotdog on your feet? No...
6. Is Parky the best gaffer in League One? He wouldn't be the best gaffer in my local Sunday league...

and finally....

Other than CAFC, what are your main pleasures/hobbies in life? I love spending time with Mrs Franco and my two lovely boys. I enoy watching boxing, especially the old classic battles that involved proper warriors (not bell ends like David Haye) fights and I am rather partial to the odd round of golf whilst socialising with my chums.

1. Why did you initially support Charlton? My dad took me & my bro back in the Selhurst Park Days.
2. When did you start? 1987/88 season
3. What was the first game you can remember? I think the first game was Nottingham Forest at home (well, Selhurst).
4. Who is your favourite all time player? Too hard to pick one it's between Clive Mendonca, Richard Rufus, Steve Brown & Johnny Robinson
5. Who was your favourite ever CAFC manager? Probably have to say Curbs
6. What is the best goal you can remember? Shaun Bartlett v Leicester City - I was in the upper west stand then and it looked amazing.
7. What has been your favourite game? Play off Final - 1998

CAFC PRESENT.

1. Who is your current favourite player? I'll wait to see a few games in the new season before I make that judgement.
2. What do you think of Chris Powell as manager? I will judge him after 15ish games into the new season once he has his new team playing for him
3. How do you feel about our owners? Seem ok so far, lot of mystery though.
4. What was your highlight of last season? Was there one?
5. What was your favourite goal last season? I think it was in the Peterboro game at The Valley, great build up play from our own half, one touch football and think it was BWP finishing it.
6. What was your favourite game last season? Probably the Peterboro one.
7. Whats your prediction for the coming season? Based on my new found optimism, I stuck £10 e/w on us as League 1 winners last night at odds of 9/1.

OTHER TEAMS

1. Who are your second team? I like watching Arsenal when they are on TV.
2. What team do you hate the most? Hate is a strong word, I dislike Palace, Millwall, Tottenham & Gillingham.
3. What other teams do you dislike? As above.
4. What is your favourite (other than the Valley) stadium? Out of the ones I have been too, White Hart Lane is nice.
5. What is your least favourite ground? Again, out of the ones I have been too, probably between Swindon Town's County Ground or Portsmouth's Fratton Park.
6. What is your favourite kit (of another team)? I have always liked Inter Milan's kits.

MISC.

1. What is your favourite chant? Valley Floyd Road
2. What is the funniest thing you have seen/heard at the valley? Nothing stands out but do recall quite a few things making me laugh down the years.

3. If you could remove any team from the football league, who would it be? I wouldn't, like someone else said, should be the teams that finish bottom of League 2 come the end of the season.
4. What is your opinion on Firefighters from Sheffield? I don't know any but I imagine they are similar to firefighters in London, only Northern.
5. Any annoying kids ever dropped a hotdog on your feet? Not that I can remember.
6. Is Parky the best gaffer in League One? He doesn't manage in League 1.

and finally....

Other than CAFC, what are your main pleasures/hobbies in life? Watching & playing the following sports, Football, Tennis, Cricket & Golf. Music & Films, Reading.

1. Why did you initially support Charlton? My sports mad Uncle Len took me to a game on...
2. When did you start? ...Boxing Day 1966...
 3. What was the first game you can remember? ...where we drew 3-3 with Norwich after being three down with 20 minutes to go. He was actually a Hammers fan, so things could have turned out way different for me.
4. Who is your favourite all time player? Killer
5. Who was your favourite ever CAFC manager? Lennie Lawrence (sorry, Curbs)
6. What is the best goal you can remember? The third goal of Killer's hat-trick vs. Hull City, the one that's on the big screen intro - it could have ended in Row Z, but it was never going to.
7. What has been your favourite game? CAFC 4- 3 Brighton, Peter Ward in his pomp, and a final headed (!) goal from Colin Powell
CAFC PRESENT.

1. Who is your current favourite player? The only player that gave me any pleasure to watch or hope for the future last season was Callum Harriott, so I guess he's in the frame at the moment.
 2. What do you think of Chris Powell as manager? He needs time, patience, support and luck.
3. How do you feel about our owners? Done all they said they would - we've now got direction and purpose off the field and that's all we can ask for - the players now need to respond.
4. What was your highlight of last season? Stewart's glorious cross onto Semedo's head.
5. What was your favourite goal last season? BWP's header against Yeovil - you saw from his eyes where he wanted the ball to go and it was inch perfect.
 6. What was your favourite game last season? For the first time I can remember, in football terms nothing stood out.
 7. Whats your prediction for the coming season? I've been saying for goodness knows how long that this is the season for promotion and I stick with that - didn't expect so many changes but that hasn't deflected me.
OTHER TEAMS

1. Who are your second team? Morecambe - Mrs TA's home town.
2. What team do you hate the most? I don't think about the game like that...
3. What other teams do you dislike? ...ditto, but there's a few owners I'd be glad to see the back of.
 4. What is your favourite (other than the Valley) stadium? The Galpharm - proof that modern stadia don't have to be ugly and soulless. Honorable mentions for Forest Green and Dartford.
5. What is your least favourite ground? Selhurst, Edgar Street, The Ricoh, The Liberty - endless list.
6. What is your favourite kit (of another team)? Portugal National Kit (I've got a Figo shirt)

MISC.

1. What is your favourite chant? Goodbye Horse
2. What is the funniest thing you have seen/heard at the valley? At the showpiece game against Exeter, there was a five-year-old sitting with his Mum, probably watching his first game. As the first half ended, he got up and started walking off, only to be told it was just half-time. He looked at his Mother in disbelief and said "There's more?"
 3. If you could remove any team from the football league, who would it be? None, except the final three.
4. What is your opinion on Firefighters from Sheffield? Same as anywhere else in the country, absolute heroes. Got two friends who are in the service - wouldn't have their job for twice the money they're getting.
 5. Any annoying kids ever dropped a hotdog on your feet? No, but I've had the onions, Coke (in the can, at Nottingham Forest,ouch), chewing gum, water and I was once hit on the head by a baby's rattle.
 6. Is Parky the best gaffer in League One? Shouldn't have got the job in the first place (although I'm adult enough to appreciate the reasons why he did) then long outstayed his welcome - guess that's a 'no'.

Other than CAFC, what are your main pleasures/hobbies in life? My brilliant little granddaughter, music, cinema/film, my mountain bike, photography, dry sparkling white wine, cooking and reading

My mate's started taken me to the odd games and the next thing you know i had a season ticket
2. When did you start?
My first full season was our last in the prem
3. What was the first game you can remember?
The first game was a home game against arsenal, we lost, can't remember much more then that
4. Who is your favourite all time player?
As a fairly new fan it's hard to pick one (we've had alot of crap in these 6 short years!) but most likely Darren Bent
5. Who was your favourite ever CAFC manager?
...do i have to pick one? i was never around for crubs...Powell?
6. What is the best goal you can remember?
Powell's goal in the last game of the champ season, not the best taken goal but as his last playing game for us it was pretty epic!
7. What has been your favourite game?

Quite happy with the current signings and money spent

I didn't make many game's last year, but if i had to pick it would be BWP's first goal for us

urmmmmmm i can't think of a favourite, can't we just forget last season ever happened?

Think we're more the capable of finishing in the play off's or higher

Arsenal, just cos my dad supports them

Hate is a strong word, i've not followed long enough to develop a hatred for a team, i don't much like Millwall, West Ham and Liverpool.

Best away ground was st mary's, many an awesome away weekend there
5. What is your least favourite ground?
Selhurst, went once and never wanted to go back, close second blackpools pre prem ground.
6. What is your favourite kit (of another team)?
There was a kit on fifa 10 of a team sponsored by burger king, no idea who it was, but it was great!

"we've got 2 sodji's, his got 2 yellow cards!"
2. What is the funniest thing you have seen/heard at the valley?
The 5-2 home game against MK dons, there was an old guy who only turned up to game to boo us, when we scored the 3rd goal he went into one about how "rubbish" we were, he left when the 4 th goal went in :)
3. If you could remove any team from the football league, who would it be?
Liverpool, then all the liverpool "fans" who've never even been there from around bexley would support a local side (thats a pet hate of mine)
