Been a bit quiet on here today so I thought I'd set up a new thread. Series of questions about all things Charlton. If you fancy it, copy and paste the questions and pop your answer beside it. Hope for another interesting and insightful debate

2. When did you start? 06/07 season, our relegation from Premiership :(
3. What was the first game you can remember? Charlton v.s Stockport 4 - 3 League Cup

1. Who is your current favourite player? Semedo if he signs if not Elliot
2. What do you think of Chris Powell as manager? Poor based on last season, but willing to give him another chance with his own players
3. How do you feel about our owners? I think their eager to get some porfit from the club, in the sense of Charlton becoming successful and possibly future on sales of players, however I think they don't have Charlton's best intrests at heart but they are willing to invest in the club in order to get them back into the premier league.
4. What was your highlight of last season? Probably Semedo scoring away from home or Powell's first 4 games, particularly the Colchester game at home.
5. What was your favourite goal last season? Wagstaff v.s Leyton Orient away
6. What was your favourite game last season? Peterbrough at home
7. Whats your prediction for the coming season? Automatic Promotion

3. What was the first game you can remember? Ironically I cant 'remember'.
4. Who is your favourite all time player? Always liked Danny Mills for some reason

6. What is the best goal you can remember? Hameur Bouazza against Reading at home a couple of seasons ago

3. What was the first game you can remember? - Was a 0-0 result at home to Stoke City

5. What was your favourite goal last season? Dont remember too many of them but Furman's for Oldham in the 1-1 draw was pretty good, for Charlton would have to say Eccleston against Plymouth

1. Why did you initially support Charlton? my dad took me and its a family tradition on my dad's side to support Charlton
2. When did you start? Jan 1989 at Selhurst
3. What was the first game you can remember? first game I saw was at Selhurst we beat Luton Town 3-0 in the old Division 1
4. Who is your favourite all time player? Mark Kinsella - epitomised everything the club stands for. Also a big fan of Matt Holland
5. Who was your favourite ever CAFC manager? Curbs
6. What is the best goal you can remember? Danny Murphy v Birmingham in a 3-1 win at home, ball went from goalkeeper to back of the net in 6 touches of the ball on a counter attack, technically the best CAFC goal i've ever seen
7. What has been your favourite game? Wembley 1998 followed closely by 4-2 Chelsea Boxing Day 2003

1. Who is your current favourite player? I don't have one, I couldn't really connect with most of the faceless players in our squad last season though at a push Robbie Elliott
2. What do you think of Chris Powell as manager? very impressed with his signings and although results suffered last season you could see he was trying to get the players to pass it around but handicapped by the likes of McOxo just not upto it
3. How do you feel about our owners? delivered everything they promised, now we need to repay them with promotion. If we do this they may sanction more spending next summer for a better class of player
4. What was your highlight of last season? CP's first game in charge
5. What was your favourite goal last season? Llera's free kick goal which was actually nodded in by BWP in front of the north but allowed Llera to claim it as a direct goal as BWP would have been offside for claiming it
6. What was your favourite game last season? Peterborough home and away
7. Whats your prediction for the coming season? a signing or 2 away from being capable of a top-2 finish certainly play-off material at this moment also depends on the capability of CP as manager

1. Who are your second team? I don't generally have one but most recently was Portsmouth in the Harry Redknapp era
2. What team do you hate the most? Millwall
3. What other teams do you dislike? Palace and West Ham
4. What is your favourite (other than the Valley) stadium? in England The Stadium of Light, awesome stadium would love Sunderland away FA Cup 3rd round this year
5. What is your least favourite ground? Palace it's a proper dump, voted 1 of the 5 worst away games in the country
6. What is your favourite kit (of another team)? Charlton away the bright yellow allsports - that counts as another team being back in 2003 and different players ;)

2. What is the funniest thing you have seen/heard at the valley? when everyone thought one of the oppo players had already been booked according to the big screen, the NU was in raptures
3. If you could remove any team from the football league, who would it be? Millwall
4. What is your opinion on Firefighters from Sheffield? they do a great service just as any other firefighter anywhere in the country, is there a problem with the Sheffield ones in particular, do they hand you a water bill after they've been at work?
5. Any annoying kids ever dropped a hotdog on your feet? no but many a buffoon has sat behind me and managed to spill there drink all over the floor onto a jacket or matchday programme of mine under my seat
6. Is Parky the best gaffer in League One? did someone employ him?

3. What was the first game you can remember? Charlton 1-0 Notts County, MARCH 95
4. Who is your favourite all time player? Rufus

6. What is the best goal you can remember? Scott Parkers solo effort at Leeds
7. What has been your favourite game? vS Norwich 96-97, 4-2 down with 5 mins left, down to 10 men, we somehow drew 4-4, with goals from jason lee and carl leaburn!!!

2. What do you think of Chris Powell as manager? Given time he'll go a good job
3. How do you feel about our owners? They have got their chequebook out and spent a hell of a lot for a League One club - hat's off to them
4. What was your highlight of last season? I can't remember one to be honest - have blanked last season from my memory

7. Whats your prediction for the coming season? Automatic at best, up via play offs at worst

2. What is the funniest thing you have seen/heard at the valley? Us scoring and a bloke near me shouting that we shouldn't have scored as the opposition would now score twice "Rubbish"
3. If you could remove any team from the football league, who would it be? Gillingham - then we can have the remaining 35% of their fans
4. What is your opinion on Firefighters from Sheffield? They do an amazing job in a tough city - "and thass all there is to it"
5. Any annoying kids ever dropped a hotdog on your feet? Nope - not yet anyway
6. Is Parky the best gaffer in League One? without doubt yes

Other than CAFC, what are your main pleasures/hobbies in life? Watching my one year old son growing up

1. Why did you initially support Charlton? Because I was destined for a life of misery.
2. When did you start? From birth, but started to understand more in the mid 90's when I was approaching a decade old.
3. What was the first game you can remember? Away to Norwich in '96 where Kinsella scored a late winner. Probably the day when I became a fully pledged CAFC fan.
4. Who is your favourite all time player? Scott Parker
5. Who was your favourite ever CAFC manager? Well, I get to chose between Curbs, Dowie, Reed, Pardew and PP. Obviously Pardew.
6. What is the best goal you can remember? Kinsella away to Norwich in 96, orrrrrrr Scott Parker vs Southampton away in 3-2 loss.
7. What has been your favourite game? Play off final or 3-3 draw with Utd.

2. What do you think of Chris Powell as manager? Love the legend that is CP, and confident he will become the man for the job.
3. How do you feel about our owners? Great start, true to their word thus far.

Why did you initially support Charlton? - Six older Charlton brothers.......... and a Grand-Father who didn't miss a home game for 54 years!! (And a nice stroll from Heathwood Gardens and latterly the Wellesley)

Wrestling the remote off of the girlfriend so I can watch sky sports news, Rugby, going to gigs (that is of course music and not vying for the attentions of Ryan), playing guitar and drums(although too old to be considered a rockstar and too young to be considered a Rocker?) Films, Reading, Used to play football until I was cruely hacked to the ground during a Sunday league match, rupturing my meniscus cartilage and ACL (anterior cruciate ligaments) never been able to play properly again< "I coulda been somebody, I coulda been a contender!"....and I just started playing the violin!
