Yes. some of the passing leading to the attempt on goal is showing vast improvement, as is the determination and tackling in winning the ball in the first instance!!!
Johnson had three good chances, the one he blazed over, which he really should have done better on. One where the ball went across the face of the goal but he was slightly too far away to get and power on it And a header that was basically in to an open net which he put over. I'd a disagree with Billy I though he was one of our worse players especially after the first miss. He put in several badly time challenges and frankly looked likely to get sent off. I agree we need that passion on the pitch but the was when we were ahead and playing well. I felt it was the addition of Jerome's energy that win it for us.
Just watched the highlightsva decided I was unfair on johnson. He did play well at times and especially before his miss he was doing well. It seemed to really get to him and he tried far too hard. Still feel Jerome's introduction changed things.
