I can't understand why managers do this. A missed opportunity to put one of the kids on the bench to experience the first team match day and maybe a cameo appearance near the end of the match.

We've got no fullback on the bench. Surely we could have dragged one of the young lads along. If for the experience alone in a big fixture. Silly again by JR. All I can think of is that he's sending a message to the board.

Kids played last night mate. I see no benifit in putting a fetigued inexperienced kid on the bench only to not play a part. I know people say it's a good experience for them being a part of the match day squad but it can be a confidence knock when they never see sight of the bench again for months imo

See Luton will need a replay in the Cup. Nice to see a bit of fixture congestion for them. Hopefully the replay will go to ET and pens!

We need another goal here and it will probably put the game to bed. Dominant performance up until now

How does being so dominant still stress me out? Need another to calm me down.

Wyke not sharp enough in the box he is playing well but dwelling on the ball too long before the shot, think he will get sharper with more games but a decent performance so far

Happy with that so far. Would be nice to kill the game off before the inevitable pressure mounts

We stand second atm. another goal to calm us down is required, sounds like we have deserved it so far, but 1-0 keeps them in with a shout.

Charlton will be a different team second half, we need to roll out sleeves up but a second goal would have been nice.
