Maja plays for me, the lads a real gem, the ultimatum was not too brilliant, and not JR's style at all, bit puzzling tbh.
Play Wyke and Watmore . Bring Maja on as sub. Test of his mentality. And if the fans want him to stay , an opportunity to let him know so , and perhaps help persuade him
I would go with Wyke and Watmore up top. Players need to be fully focused on this game and not events off it. Leave Maja on the bench....he's made apparently his decision and put on his big boy pants. In life for every action there is a consequence good or bad. Only he will find out if it is a good move for him or not. With the rest of the squad we have we should have enough fire power to get the result we need.
Fans are also advised to arrive at The Valley in good time, and to plan their journeys in advance, in order to avoid long queues when buying tickets and entering the ground. Searches will be taking place at the turnstiles due to heightened security in the capital at this time. please log in to view this image
I’ll be having some pre-match pints with a few SAFC mates at the Cutty Sark, Greenwich if anyone fancies it. Then post-match pints at the Southwark Brewery in SE1, by Tower Bridge. It’s owned/run by SAFC fans and has some canny micro-brewed beer on tap: http://southwarkbrewing.co.uk/
Sid, can't make it now, bollocks, problem at work and also ill which wouldn't have stopped me on its own .... your ticket is on its way down. Hope you have a great day mate.
Totally this. He has made his decision, so drop him and move on. Its no worse than him being injured. Ross just has to manage it, and letting him know that he isn't indispensable is part of that process. His actions make him a Bad Apple in the squad. He's focused on his own greed, and not what the squad and club are focused on.
Maja is in the squad. It's down to Jack Ross to see if he's in the right frame of mind to play. If he does play I'll cheer him on regardless. He's still our player and our top goal scorer. We need his goals today as Charlton have 2 of the best strikers in this league (Grant & Taylor).
If he's in the right frame of mind. We play him. None of the speculation has affected his performances, so far.
Frame of mind is the key He is after money so we shall see I don’t blame him for wanting money But he must know where he is better off His development is more important at this stage He has a big chance of ruining his career for money He’s not ready for top class football yet Just my opinion

Would prefer Dunc to Maja TBH. Think it's a better combination as Maja is dependent on a good supply while Dunc makes things happen and Wyke puts himself about.
Would love an Embleton recall and throw him in. Think we're one dimensional in the middle of the park and have been all season. Sent from my Moto G (5) using Tapatalk
