They are sneaky barstewards and all of the Police on the motorways usually use unmarked cars like BMW's

I'm a good boy and I don't speed, or drive like a maniac, unlike a good proportion of other road users.

How do these people even qualify for positions like this ? What possible logic told the people who interviewed them for the position, and always assuming that they even asked the question 'are you yourself a driver' to employ them if they answered honestly 'no I'm not' ?

    It's a bad joke ffs

I think Bristol has had 2 non drivers, or at least the other one had a licence but was more in favour of a bike or the bus as they didn't like traffic! :emoticon-0128-hi:

No problem if you keep to the speed limit!! The speedo is in front of you so what's the problem?

Best thing I ever did was get a 'head up display' fitted, keeps me out of all sorts of speed problems.

Let’s not pretend to be squeaky clean here; I recon all of us have broken the speed limit at some point - I seem to remember old Red Trousers being prosecuted for it.
I try not to - but still do on occasion.
In Swindle they replaced the speed cameras with flashing signs and I do genuinely check my speed if they flash me.
I admit though, just after I got my new car in November the only reason I realised I was speeding was when I seemed to be passing all these parked cars on the M4 - only to look at the speedo and see to my horror I was doing 110.
Totally unintentional and my previous cars would have shaken themselves to bits at half that speed but my car was sweet and smooth.
Needless to say I slowed down and set an audiable alarm on my dash for when I exceed 80.

7AM to almost 9am and 430pm 6pm that junction is a real mare. have a couple of friends worked at Aztec and used that route [Gordano] for over a year.. left work at 4 30... one day I was there at same time [about 15 months ago] and said will meet you at chew magna I was 10 mins before him I went "home" swapped vehicles and he used the same route as me till he job moved in September!
At a point I turn off for my house going straight on the airport is no more than 15 -20 mins at any time, so about an hour from J16 to lulsgate best time

If I’m going straight to the office I’m always going to the Gordano exit between 7:30am to 8:30am. Been doing it for years and it’s not that bad anymore now the lights are there to go up through the lanes. I can count on one hand the issues I’ve had getting off in a year. I go into the office 2-3 times a week so either I’m lucky or your mates don’t want to see you. Take your pick.

Because I go to Stancombe as well straight from home. I’ve got plants in Reading, Farnborough, Abingdon and Swindon.
As to the remark I said I do it in just over an hour but was questioned like I wasn’t being honest.
