It certainly is. What's the reason for your visit, if you don't mind me asking. Are City the main focus of your trip or just an added extra?

 

Yep! Main focus of the trip. Travelling around watching them play until the middle of February.

 

Where you staying? You got relatives in Hull or moving around the country?

 

Got a sister in London I'm staying with, catching the train up for day trips mainly but staying in Hull over Christmas and then Liverpool over New Year, and probably Hull again around our Chelsea game.

Haha yeah that's what everyone asks me but I'm not too fussed about the weather to be honest.

Thanks! While some may take issue with me saying it, the chance to watch us in the Premier League was a huge motivator, never know the next time I'll get the chance. I know the main focus is on watching our boys play, but I want to be able to watch them play against the best, and that pushed me to make the trip over. Finish uni in the next couple of years and then it's off to getting a real job and who knows when I'll get the chance again.

Heard store used in Australia and and America but it's not really proper British English. Which uni are you at in Oz? UNSW looks nice for a year of study abroad.

 

As in while I'm here at the minute or when I finish uni? Really tempted to when I finish Uni since I have a European passport - not needing a Visa is great!

I'm at Sydney Uni Willson, UNSW is quite nice too, but Sydney has that real classic feel to it with the sandstone buildings.

Yeah I came over last year and Sydney is now my favourite world city so I'd want to be close to it and Lancaster do an exchange with UNSW. How long does it take to get into central Sydney from the two unis?
