This thread was originally about the two matchday threads, but in the words of the song, two have become one, so a big shout out to Chazz and Driff. <ok>

It's now just random nonsense as it drifts away down the board....


Any bets on which will win if we were to set them against each other?

If we base it on the number of replies, they'll both get stuffed with nonsense and spoil it.

Shall we make one North Stand and one West (or South) and have a chant off?

Any other suggestions, or shall we merge them?

Aye - bloody amazing many of the early inventions, although I wish that bastard never had thought up the bloody telephone.
Corkscrew & bottle opener are my favorites

I was brought up being told that you don't interrupt people when they're having a conversation, but telephones just barge their way in, with no manners at all.

Wireless ones are weird though aren't they? All them radio waves bouncing about around us.
