I believe that was his favourite word during post match interviews at liverpool, and that 'we created plenty of chances' was his favourite phrase, with 'we didn't take our chances to score' running a close second.

Mystifying substitutions such as replacing a defender for a defender, when the team need a goal with nothing to lose, is also straight out the brand Benitez copy book.
 
Beluga--I'm with you 100% on his tactical nous re substitutions! Forget the chances--what we want is goals!
