What they meant to say but it got lost in translation was:
“We will be relentless in our determination to continually screw this once fine Club , and we have no conscious in doing so .

Doesn't look like we'll be able to move on Bony and it sounds like Fenerbahce don't want to keep Andre Ayew so he'll be coming back at end of season, so I can imagine the owners will take whatever cash they can get from James to be able to pay the wages of those two strikers for a few months :(

How much do you think is a fair price for him ?
I'm not sure, but not too much more. What I see is a player who is fast and has no end product at the moment.
At 2.5M surely there's be a sell on clause involved.....

Well if they sell for 13,864,044.35 Euros, then that would pay Bony's wages with money to spare, so problem solved innit ?
