Just spoke to my man-on-the-beach. Said not to expect any significant signings in January but more likely expect departures. He says the Consortium's portfolio of investments has negative equity or, is in debt, $m's in debt. In share bear terms, negative equity equates to debt equates to loss on investment. He says the reason we were purchased was to act as an injection into the portfolio to re-address the negative equity, balance the books and move the portfolio into the black by asset stripping us.

In the meantime:
Has Rodon and Roberts signed new contracts? have they actually been offered any?
Its rumored Narsingh will go to Greece in January, will the move be so wont have to pay an add-on fee to his previous club? If he plays two more games for us, its been said that, we'll be liable to pay an amount of money to his previous employers as an add-on fee for the number of games he's played for us.
Regarding Bony, are the 'play' bonus and 'goal scored' bonus in his contract playing any part in him not being rushed back?

These two legends are still working in the community.....Give them short term player contracts until the end of the season i say....<laugh> I bet they could still do a job for us in the championship.....<wizard>

Well a milestone has been achieved with Bony getting 10 Minutes, think he will get at least 20 minutes next game, let's hope he goes from strength to strength, unlike our unfortunate 'evil genius' I wish him all the success in recovering his career.............<cheers>
