When we go down we need to accept it and get back to basics and start all over again. It is delusional to think we will attract players mentioned because we won't and we will never go straight back up in a million years.......Our main goal next season will be to stay in the championship and that in it self will be a tough ask.....

Transfer out if replacements are available - Carroll, Mawson (I would include Bartley), Dyer

We have a poor to diabolical management right across the board that is our No1 problem, They are worst than useless and the only thing that needs to be changed before we see any sort of improvement on the playing side.......Keep things as they are and we will be in the championship without any shadow of doubt but change the management for experience and it gives us a chance....Keep all the players until the season is over and let the manager then decide who to keep and who to let go and add 2 or 3 more players in January to see us over the line......

It's all well and good having pace but most of the time there was no end product , he's another example of having too much too soon imo
