40 year lease is NOT owning your own stadium. No collateral there at all. Can sell naming rights presumably but that will depend on the terms of the lease. MAyb ethe owner will get a kicker off it.
Becoming the Primary Lessee will enable the Yanks to monetise the Stadium - grow Commercial Revenues, including Naming Rights, & secure synergy benefits.

Currently, Naming Rights revenue would go into SSMC - in which the Swans only have a 33.333% share. Taking 100% control of would mean that such income would be theirs and theirs alone.

40% or any % is not good to these shysters....Dont trust the fcukers if all you see is bricks and mortar is more important than strengthening They are experienced. businessmen who dont have to spend their own money and used our best assets our best players to pay for what they wanted......Something is not adding up and smells fishy.....

We all see things differently or perhaps some notice things others don't but I prefer Mawson to VDH as I think he is more of a footballer and can forgive him for his mistake against Watford as I think Mesa's error wrong footed him

You see Mawson as a footballer?
Mesa messed up but Mawson had two chances to rescue the situation (his job as a CB) one was to go to the ball the second was to get a tackle in.
Every defender makes mistakes, it's part and parcel of the position.
IMO Mawson is making the same mistakes he was making when he arrived. He can't play himself out of trouble, he still takes too long deciding his pass (often a hit and hope cross field howitzer - easy to cut out and defend against) and he either indisciplined or has poor positioning sense. His only development has been to cut out blaming others for errors.
He can head and make the occasional tackle.
Given the same game time IMO MVdH and Bartely would be far more effective.

He reminds me of David Luiz during his first spell at Chelsea, only a much poorer version.

Good players but not good premiership players who are consistent enough for me just like most of the squad now...That said maybe if we had a more experienced manager he can do something with what he has. Clem is a rookie really who has zero experience of working in a high profile league with lets face it with players not fully premiership standard....I cant see how we are going to win enough games to stay out of a dog fight again this season and it will again be a lottery who will end up in the bottom 3....
