Well that’s a tidy finish for Swansea. Barnsley are masses of effort but not a great deal of quality.
I see the BBC are having their usual ****fest over Swansea. Odd how they never mention the bastards should have been relegated to non-league by City. Scott '****bag bottler' Mathieson made sure they kept their league status, come on you Bee's.
Swansea down to 10 men. It's as good as over. With the right ownership this could be HCAFC again this time next year, or even better, a top two finish. A long way off that at present but you never know.
Only got to the pub for the start of the second half & Swansea were all over them until the sending off. How was the first half?
Brilliant to see two Brentford old timers featured in the crowd, watched them in the old First division season 46-47....
It has given me a buzz. Brentford were busy. Great to see a club of that size succeeding in front of bigger, richer clubs. Shows what a well run club can achieve with the right people in charge.
and apparently on a limited budget.... they'd spent all the dosh on their new ground which they own I believe... The manager obviously used his contacts very well as they sold Watkins and Benrahma for big money last season...
