Today it starts..

It will be great if Boro make it - But I have my doubts given their recent form especially Bamford's.

Brentford v Boro
Ipswich v Norwich

winner 1 v winner 2

I see Boro losing to Ipswich in the final.

What are your thoughts and predos?

Going for Norwich v Boro final. I've watched a lot of Championship football this year and I think those two will have too much. Could be wrong though.:)

Would love to see Brentford make it. Would be pure romance and better still, a further kick in the knackers for the West London bitters. A hat-trick of us being crowned champions, the Bees making the prem and that lot chewing relegation just sounds poetic all round. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

I have disliked Middlesbro intensely since 1988 and even 3 Wembley victories since that play off misery has done little to change that so I'll be delighted if they fail.

Also Jose's record against Boro (NE) club(s) not good. 2 losses in 6 matches.
But Bamford's likely PL option is Boro's promotion.

Opinions like that do put a bit of a dent in the "we don't give a **** about QPR" theory.

Bamford is benched. Due to the knock he picked up last game or form?

Fair does.
Glad Mick lost to Norwich.
But if Norwich win Ruddy's rate will go up & Bamford might miss on a sure PL start.
Could be double whammy or double delight?

But playoffs are mere reflection of regular season games thus far.
If that run holds Boro will be through..
