Quite. But I'd have been right hacked off had they slipped to third! (Once the dust has settled, they will be next season's Reading)
I thought he did. Either way, it was a really stupid decision to dive in. There was no threat at all.
Maybe, but he went in recklessly and if you do that, it doesn't matter if you touch the player, you can still get booked for reckless play.
I'd quite like Brighton to win (as much as I hate them with a passion) - purely because it would be nice to have a local-ish derby.
Incredible really that a team was promoted automatically with 79 points, considering West Ham had 86 last year.
On the other hand, I heard very recently that Bristol City's points total this season would have kept them up last year - despite being 14 points off of safety this year. The points really were shared around the division this year.
Quite right but seeing Brown roll around like he's had his leg broken is a real sickener. I don't hold as many grudges or as much hate as many football fans, but Michael Brown is a low-life.
What an advert for the championship, have to say the premier league has been the most boring of all the divisions this year.
The relegation battle and the fight for top 4 has been good, but the title race has been awful. Man City are nowhere near as good as they were last year and Arsenal lost their best player to Man Utd. No surprise of who was going to win the league!
Same. And people should stop trying to relegate Barnsley. It just isn't going to happen; they ought to be declared safe on the first day of each year, to save whichever team they beat to 21st some heartbreak.
