Forest looked good for the first half hour or so but, like us, Bournemouth worked out that stopping the Spence/Johnson combination effectively stops Forest who hardly got a kick second half.
I see Tommy Doyle has made the team of the week...... https://www.westmeathindependent.ie/2022/05/04/tommy-doyle-named-on-hurling-team-of-the-week/
Just flicked over from Rams TV to Hull TV for the last 4 minutes - 2 goals from nowhere. Forest v Sheff U Luton v Huddersfield Sheff U v Huddersfield final?
Just been listening to radio 5. Big fuss over the side scunny put out. 17 year old keeper and 6 of the starting line up with 5 or less first team games. Captain an 18 year old.
You'd be pretty pee'd off if you failed to get promoted on goals scored (level on goal difference) with that sort of result. When it happened to us, it was our fault. Not sure there's anything the EFL can do anyway. More so given scunny will be in the national leagues next season.
It's easy to find a scam or a conspiracy....but they were already down and will surely have to let people go and rely on youngsters going forward. They need to blood them and find the good ones. To a smaller extent we did the same today!
Strictly speaking, this is about next season in the Championship but I see my local team FGR have already paid the price for success and have lost their manager to Watford. Apparently all done behind Rover's backs. Personally think it's a daft move by Rob Edwards as he'll probably be sacked by September.
