Just happy we won and finished the season in good form. Not that bothered about being champions tbh, though after Aspinalls comments and those scarves it is a tad amusing - harsh end for Brighton though, feel they needed it more than we did.

Hopefully it makes MA more likely to think positively towards Rafa's requests.

Congrats on winning it, I'm pretty sure Brighton aren't really too bothered, I remember losing top spot on the last day to Oldham in the last minute (they scored twice). We were all on the pitch celebrating and singing 'we are the champions' at the time, that became 'we aren't the champions', nothing else changed.
Personally I'd prefer Sunderland in the prem to you, we tend to get 4-6 points towards the relegation battle then.

It's nothing more than icing on the cake. If you had offered either our fans or Brighton fans 2nd place at the start of the season then most fans of either club would have taken it.

But I'd prefer to have the icing than not have it.

Well done guys. Start season two I wanted up was you and Brighton, which ever order makes no real difference.

Shame Brighton threw it away in last few weeks, think once promotion was secured players just never really really up for it again despite the carrot of the title.

At least Rafa has shown Ashley that he has the best squad in the league and you don't need to add to it next year, while Chrissy H can go to chairman and ask for a few more quid to strengthen in the summer. Always one step ahead :bandit:
