I think it's to do with the fact she is made of wood , but must admit I agree with you , seems a strange one.

Growing up Anglo German in Southampton it was difficult to accept how casually racist people could be. I never found Germans to be rude when i went there though. This thread is uplifting to me to see so many people rejecting the stereotypes.

Oh and this argument started when Olly said he despised Germans. This is a very strong statement and I did find it offensive and pretty immature.

Dreadful goalkeeping with that free-kick. Probably a fair result seeing as the penalty was, ahem, soft.

Chelsea deserved that overall. You see worse fouls than that penalty in the aisles of Sainsburys. I think it was drifting to a 1.0 win until then, it made Chelsea attack more at least.

So Real Madrid v Dortmund tonight. I have a sneaky feeling Real will knock out Dortmund. I'm going to put a fiver on it.

I can see Dortmund holding them in a fairly dull game, which is exactly what they'll be wanting. Maybe 1-0 or 2-1 either way, but never enough for a Real comeback.

Surprisingly long odds for a Dortmund win, 5/1 I think. Considering if Dortmund score first Real will probably give up, and they've already beaten them twice this season, that might be worth a flutter.
