What is your prediction for the benfica match on wednesday?

I think we'll go through but we'll make it difficult for ourselves...

Match events predictions:

Half-time: 0-0

77th minute: Benfica score

86th minute: Penalty to chelsea - scored by lampard

90th+ minute: We celebrate chelsea going through 2-1 on aggreagate against benfica!... Hopefully!

1st leg: 0-1
2nd leg: 1-1

chelsea to face barcelona in the semi-final:

1st leg: 1-1
2nd leg: 2-1 to barcelona


final:

Real madrid 1-2 barcelona

champions: Barcelona
 
Why does everyone think Barca will get through?
Milan just need to do what they've already done in Barca and get a score draw. Easy.

I'll take that CP <laugh>
 
If we get a score draw at Nou Camp then I think we would beat Barca overall. However, I'm hoping for Milan, who would be much nicer.
 
If Milan defended how they did the other night they can definitely manage another draw at least.

I like how every other rival is writing us off completely against Barca, some fans even wanted us to get this far just to get beaten by Barca.

If we can keep the lads fit and fresh in the next few games anything is possible, it is football after all :)
 
2-0 to Chelsea against Benfica.

Think it probably will be Barca in semis. They will obviously be favourites but I fancy we could shock a few people.

I don't, I've had a sneaky feeling Milan will win all along.

If Barca score first, nothing changes, it's only if Barca go 2-0 up on Tuesday the game really becomes out of Milan's reach. This is a far better Milan side than the one that went to Nou Camp in 2009 and got hammered 4-0.
 
Can't discount Milan, they are so difficult to beat and if we get through the second leg intact it doesn't matter who we play they won't like the way we play.
 
We'll go through 3-0 on aggregate against Benfica! We will then come up against Barca! I reckon we'll get 1-1 over there and seal it with a 1-0 at the Bridge! Happy days! Who will we meet in the final?
