Wonder what Frank Lampard's thinking right now?

Don’t see how. Man City and Chelsea are pretty much the same. Insignificant clubs who have bought success. Chelsea were as small as Citeh before Abramovich.

I don’t see how people think Pep is a genius. He played 4-3-3 with no striker or holding midfielder in a CL final. Chelsea set the tempo and Man City were chasing the game since Chelsea scored.

I seriously think someone like Bielsa would’ve won a CL for Citeh in the time Pep’s had.

Locally Man City are the flavour of the moment amongst our impressionable generation. Great to have them lose something.

So the great sage Dr Allam was correct all along - until they change their name to Manchester Hunter they will never truly be successful.

Hull-born kids who support teams other than Hull City are a product of ****e parenting. FACT.

Correct. There’s half a dozen in my lads class at school. He was desperate for Chelsea to win so he didn’t have to listen to days of drivel when he’s back at school.

I listened to 606 last night after the games, you get some right dick heads calling in. But most Chelsea supporters were full of praise for him, saying he set the foundation for Tuchel to succeed.

Exactly, although I'm not sure he could have finished the job. But I'm sure his time will come again.

Maybe not a genius, but certainly innovative with a tendency to over think things.
Would have to check, but didn't he do something similar last season or season before against a French team and get beaten then also?

I'm sure Bielsa will (if wants to) be at a top 4/5 club sooner rather than later..

Wish I could say the same but no complaints. A solid display by Chelsea leaving City with one shot on target. Not sure how he thought that would work, playing without a centre forward.
