It´s not doing Chelsea any harm in the Europa. I fully expect them to finish 4th and even win the Europa as well, though I would prefer their London friends, Arsenal to win it.
I'd wait until April to see if you'll still be saying that. Last season Chelsea were doing all right until their massive january fixture list. If they are gonna win the Europa league then they'll be playing almost every midweek from February to April.
They do have a massive squad. Their second string have been playing thus far, and I should imagine the side they put out last time in Hungary should suffice to get through against Malmo. Maybe Bournemouth can do Chelsea a favour and knock them out of the meaningless Caribou Cup. (They have won it so many times, it is not going to add to their reputation)
With VVD out is rather be playing at home without him than away so in that aspect it’s kind of better being home first
I’m happy with this draw. Vs a big club, who are ageing and I think our movement and pace will cause them problems.
i get what dribs is saying, i felt their bench was stronger than the first team, and not that i give a **** lol but would have had most of them start ahead of the ones who was on the pitch. they could cause psg problems, its likely their only route to qualifying for comp next season. all depends how well neymar flops over and cons the ref!!!
