not sure about easiest, but can't complain one bit. Cheslea are more than good enough to take porto. Having porto in the QF and reavl v cheslea fighting for the chance to play us would be easier
we owe real big time as well. theres plent of players with a losers medal and salah who lost a wolrd cup over ramos. I hope we are really really on it for those games.
8 teams. 3 from one country, 2 from another, but none get drawn against each other (I'm a poet). Lucky that. Not a bad draw for us.
How can anyone complain about avoiding the top 3 teams in the comp in QF and SF? We are the strongest team on our side to the Final. I see Chelsea as a tough opponent but they are in a different league to the other 3.
the permutations at 2 or 3 english clubs out of 8 get drawn together in 8c2 = 28 posssble draws and we would be looking for 3 possible combinations out of it. LFC v chelsea LFC v city City v cheslea 3 out of 28 means an all english draw was unlikely.

bollocks an optimist lobs himself of a building flapping his arms but unfortunately as he accelerates towards the ground at 8.7m per sec he is not comforted by your saying .
Just had a text from a colleague in Madrid. He said that they have real problems too and is actually not that optimistic - he clearly isn’t seen us this season. We got drawn in, by far, the easiest half of the draw. City have it all to do if they want to win it.
Happy enough with the draw. Getting to the final is at least doable with that draw, though we'll have to play better than we have been.
