This is one of the best games I have seen in Europe (including the CL) this season.

 

Anyone else lip-read Gerrard? He certainly made a comment which appeared to be "place the ball for me...".

 

Oh yeah, this game has been really exciting so far. Reasonably open and for obvious reasons, very attack-focused.

Suarez is some player isn't he? He's like Gerrard used to be for Liverpool, carries that team. For all his flaws he's got to be a contender for the best player in the premier league.

And Liverpool should have had a penalty a few minutes ago. They still have a lot to do, but this is a fantastic game of football.

 

All they have to do is score 1 more goal. Not a big ask judging by the way this 2nd half is going.

 

The fact I'm even supporting Liverpool tonight makes me feel disgusting, but I want them to get another one so badly
