Listened to Stuart Pearce on Talksport. He said 20 odd players made themselves unavailable for England in the U21's Euro championship this summer. For that reason, he says, FIFA will never give England a World Cup tournament and rightly so.
We need to use all youngsters we can(not just the one's that play in the EPL!) and train their technique when they are young like other countries do(Spain,Holland,Germany...etc) and let's play some tiki taka aswell!!
