That’s a sit up every 2.16 seconds for 36 minutes. I’d be surprised if your lungs could cope after 36 seconds bro. You need to make your lies believable, like you ran to The Mace and robbed a Twix and a Lucozade Sport and made it back to the flat in 11 minutes.
Me too bruh. Was going to start the workout at 7 but it’s 7:03 now and you can’t just start at some random time like 7:03 so will leave it for 12 minutes.
Pull up challenge anyone? Five pull ups (not chin ups) by the start of the prem season. Sounds easy but I'd need to lose a stone and do some serious work outs to get anywhere near this. And I'm 51 and my joints are ****ed. Just been outside to try and couldn't do a single one. My son says "****, what's that crunching noise?" That's my shoulders and elbows. He then jumps up and makes five look easy. Bastard. Here's the torture bar.
Pull ups are lot more difficult to chin ups... I'm a year older than you, but still be suprised if i didn't get to near double figure.... As for todays challenge, mine was sits up...Bit of a non entity really....I just did 4 sets of 25, inbetween catching up with news this morning... I maybe could have done them in 2 sets...but didn't want to strain...
Yeah, especially if you do them properly. Just hanging straight down, no legs or body flapping around all over the place.
