Howay, give me my first challenge for the morning...keep it simple please.

 

ok, you go breathe underwater for at least one minute, I want video evidence of you doing it, then I'll see if I can beat it.

 

Run to the shop and back buying the ingredients to make a nice salad for lunch. Pics on the food fred.

Get up at 6am, then go for a 3 mile run, backwards, while blowing a tune from a bugle at the same time, for the entire run

I was more thinking 25 press ups to start..
