Chairman's Helicopter has crashed in car park

The fact that the whole of football is in mourning over this loss shows the true mark of the man.

 

That picture says it all really, a truly loved chairman.

Did this happen ? I've not heard anything saying that they did make the journey , "Respect " if they did

 

Some fans did thats all I know off. If their team did im sure the media would have reported it

 

What a guy. The club is in safe safe hands. He has clearly learnt from the best and has the values that his father had

 

Very safe hands. I dont think anyone has an concern about Top taking over. He learnt from the very best

 

I couldn't say personally, some one elsewhere said they were at the stadium and saw the coach arrive and the players going in.

 

Just read that Schmeichel had to be held back by Police from getting to the accident scene. After reading that and having seen his actions during the week elevates him in my book to beyond any reproach. Stayed with the club when he perhaps could have moved on and always handles comparisons with his father so well. We talk about club legends but I'm beginning to think he will be remembered as one of the greatest after events this week.

 

They raised over triple the amount and will donate the rest to charity - class act.

 

Flags are being made for Saturday, Cardiff have requested we take extra so their fans can also share

Kasper Schmeichel was on the only player still at the ground and when he heard about what had happened he ran out to the helicopter and had to be dragged away by the police as he was trying to save Vichai and the others. Absolute heartbreaking for Kasper to see that

But what a man he is to do that. No concern about his own safety or anything. He has been nothing short of amazing this week. He has carried himself with such dignity, love towards Vichai and Top. He is an absolute credit to our football club

 

Sincerest condolences from a Leeds fan who has followed and admired the fantastic work undertaken by your sadly now former owner. He was a credit to himself and his family as well as his country and the communities he so generously supported.

Hopefully once this sad time of mourning has passed his legacy will be that he has taken Leicester City truly global and his son can bring more glory and success to the city which is now forever linked with his name.
