Until they put their money where their mouths are, his statement means naff all. Sounds like the same bullshit media stunt the owners said about being unrivalled in the boardroom.
By stabilise you mean get us relegated, lost our best manager since Rodgers and continue to sell our best players?
I'm happy with my club thank you....becoming debt free as ffp allows and got some investment to improve the team. Let's see how it goes. I'd like to see your 'asset' list though. A seasoned professional like you can, no doubt, read the Balance Sheet like a book and identify them all......leased ground, a training facility and some players. Set against this the liabilities that must be satisfied before shareholders can extract cash and your owners are walking away like a man with no legs. Your club is not stable and more cost cutting will be needed (or transfer profits) to make it so.
A lot less than than we once did as he converts debt to equity. He is limited by how quickly he can do that under Malaysian law. But no doubt you knew that. He has committed to having us debt free by 2021 I think it was, and as always, all bills paid in full. No doubt you'll raise the sala purchase, but to save the tooing and froing, it's been done to death that if demonstrated the transfer was complete, we'll pay the bill and claim on the insurance. Still waiting on clarification from footballing bodies. All good in our financial world, thanks for asking.
So how much is it ? and as you mentioned sala (I wasn't going to ) just how does "always a bluebird , never a bluebird " work ? and "done to death" really isn't appropriate in the circumstances wouldn't you agree
It's around £50M, down £85M in the last year or so, the last £16M having been converted in the last tax year. The emotional connection and legal position can be quite different. For insurance purposes they have to be. There will be an affinity with the player given the courtship that took place over a number of months. That doesn't change the legal position. I agree, I made an unintentional and inappropriate comment. Thanks for highlighting that.
Cardiff at one minute parade a player in a cardiff shirt and when the poor lad dies because they never looked after their star player, they now say they never signed him.....Pay up he was cardiff's player full stop....
I suppose that has to be based on how sensitive the person is so I'd say that its a variable and with that in mind , who knows
Then I'd say the sensitivity threshold is set extremely low here.... Considering the male dominance......or is that an indirectly sexist statement
