During their respective QPR careers I don't think there is anything to suggest Cesar is a far better keeper. More importantly, Green wants to play for this club. Green is also proven in the Championship where goalkeeping is very different to in both the Prem and very different to continental Europe. Green's dealing with crosses has been exemplary- Cesar can't catch a cold. He also can't kick the ball beyond the halfway line which is a bit pathetic for a pro keeper.
Green has been brilliant for us and clearly wants to play for QPR. That save he made late in the game yesterday was truly AWESOME. Cesar started well for us but I think it's time he moved on: in Green, we have one of the best goalkeepers available.
