You can lack pace but you have to make up for it somewhere else , you can not compare Carvalho to Hooiveld , well you can but it's a bit of a pisstake .

Exactly. Some people think this is a video game I swear. Pace is not an essential feature in a CB at any level. You just have to look at the best CB's in the league, they aren't what I'd call pacey at all.
