Leaving aside tonight's result, Hooiveld is injured (for how long?) and our centre back pairing is Martin and Fox(!) and what happens when one of them goes off? Cork? Schneiderlin? We desperately need backup in this area, much more than any other IMO.
 
Hooiveld and Fonte does me just fine for a back two but I'd definitely like to see a back up brought in. Martin isn't good enough (I know a lot of people think he is, I disagree and tonight didn't help his case), Seaborne could be out for ages and Jaidi is about 50.
 
Martin is a good player, and has done well when played - however him (and everyone else) were below par tonight
 
We can't bring youth through atm because it's too Much of a pressure cooker at SMS and 5 subs when were away is something we can't afford to give to a youngster at this moment in time.

I ment insted of buying another RB we have two already, he can be back up for them and not Harding.
 
No matter how badly we do, Jos always puts in a great performance. We'll miss him desperately.
 
He said on twitter he doesn't think it's too bad, hope he's right. One thing he was spot on about was this:

"Well.. What to say to this? I think NOTHING! Every word is one too much abt this game. Terrible performance from us! Hate the way we lost."

Knows exactly how we feel. Top bloke!
 
Martin had a shocker tonight in particular. He was responsible certainly for the second goal. His lack of experience showed and Hoover pulled him out of the mire more than once. For the second goal though it was a schoolboy error.
