LoftusRoad100 Commemorative Shirt Revealed Ian Taylor @ijtaylor81 QPR supporters can own a unique part of R's history when a commemorative shirt to celebrate the 100th anniversary of our time at Loftus Road goes on sale this week. The limited-edition shirt pays homage to the green and white hooped jersey worn one hundred years ago in 1917. Included within the thick Hoops are the names of 100 iconic players and managers who have represented the club in our 100 years at Loftus Road. The shirt is made from a highly breathable stretch fabric; has a round-neck grandad style collar with two buttons, and is a semi-close fit shirt. The club's campaign hashtag '#LoftusRoad100' features on the back of the jersey. From 9 am this Wednesday (February 14th), fans can pre-order the shirt, complete with a unique presentation box – priced £61.00 – both online and in the QPR Superstore. Supporters are able to order a maximum of four shirts per transaction. As part of our #LoftusRoad100celebrations, £1 from each sale will be donated to The Forever R's Club – our popular ex-players' association. The pre-order period will end on Wednesday 28th February, at which stage no further orders will be able to be made.
Well I have maintained that our third kit should be these colours Hope they do that next year Blue white Denace is 2nd Green or version of is third Or all white
‘A breathable stretch fabric’. What’s wrong with ****ing cotton, these are worn as ‘fashion’ items, not by athletes playing sports. Though stretch fabrics do define the gut nicely.
That looks like Sinton's head has been super-imposed onto an 18 stone Rangers fan. £61 is taking the proverbial and shows no thought towards your genuine fan. Fleecing us, yet again.
I think we should do a brown hooped shirt in celebration of all the 5hit we’ve suffered over the past few years. We could put the names of the wonderful staff who contributed throughout it too; it could feature Bosingwa, Harry, Samba, SWP, Park, Cisse and many more. Make it out of cheap nylon and sell it for a £5 a pop. Our self-deprecating fans would snap em up.
what was last years limited edition shirt in a box how much was it and was it any good did anyone buy one
They were white, for the 50th anniversary of the cup win. Very tasteful, only 500 made, not sure how much they were, but they're going for £150—£250 on ebay. Must say, I'm not that keen on this one, too much like a Celtic shirt for me.
