Not really. Charlie Green agreed to take on the footballing debts to other Scottish clubs in order to transfer the licence over from Rangers. D&P will have it listed in their creditors list. £800k to Hearts £40k to Opus Dei Fc Some to Dundee United.

I don't know anything at all, but I am speculating that the "substantial amount" lodged by Green did not go directly to creditors.

The first and most important thing that Rangers owe Scottish Clubs is a heartfelt apology. That should come from the two owners before Green. The next important thing is for the Managers and owners from approx. the year 2000 to admit that they cheated and conned everyone involved in Scottish Football. All we need after that is for the players to admit the receipt of the cheating EBTs and people like Souness who was long gone from the club, got payments. Scottish Football would then be in a better state to move on.
