You might be right. But they wont have switched as you put it. They dont right this stuff on a daily as they go basis. The whole investigation will have been written up and split up to have a big first day and a big last day.... We are in the small fry middle days. The premiership managers and larger cash amounts are still to come imo.
resisted posting in response to ells post in todays breakfast thread. Perhaps one thread is enough for Cellino stuff? This comment lifted from the YEP comments is bang on for me: "penry1 10:11 AM on 30/09/2016 This comment is hidden because you have chosen to ignore penry1. Show DetailsHide Details This comment is hidden because you have submitted an abuse report against it. Show DetailsHide Details Perfectly happy to support the team but not the regime. As with Bates there will be no sustained progress until this parasite is ousted. You only need to see the amount of money spent on litigation, contract disputes, unfair dismissal claims and that's before considering his upcoming embezzlement case in Italy and the outcome of the McCormack bung inquiry. How anyone can still support him after the collateral damage he has done to Leeds United is a mystery to me." Read more at: http://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co....test-cellino-corruption-allegations-1-8155628 If the regime has now driven a wedge into the fan base where they are threatening to fight each other its even worse than I thought. Glad I am not going tomorrow! The match result is irrelevant to me... past caring.
That's all well and good Josh, but what you seem to forget is Cellino is currently under investigation by the FA for illegal payments made to agents re McCormack, and another in the pipeline re Adryan - this doesn't help his not guilty plea when the case is heard !!
How many corrupt ****s are using that as an excuse. Phillip Green, Cellino certain ageing pop stars and DJs just for starters.
Let me ask you something,Cellino said give me £12 million to invest in players and I will give you 20% of the club, didn't he ?.So why aren't your Manc mates queuing up to just that ? Could it be they have no money ? could it be they want to use less clever fans to force Cellino out,get the club for next to nothing then start milking it ? Do they try to bribe TTGM fools to do their bidding by giving out free box tickets ?.Cellino said straight out, lets do it legal,£12 million for a 20% stake.Just what they say they want, let me know when these Mancs with our club at heart have come up with the money.
Are you still sticking by this Most damaging thing with this stunt, Cellino will now trust nobody and if we get a genuine person come forward willing to buy us I can see Cellino asking for a cash lump up front to prove they are genuine before entertaining them.
We wouldnt ever get a genuine persn to come in alongside cellino. Why would they risk reputational damage by being involved with the corrupt ****. He needs banning as he cant sell, cos nobody legit will deal with him and he wont put a realistic valuation on the club. Its only worth what someone will pay.
Chippy, The regime, as you call it didn't drive a wedge between the fans, the fans made choices. TTGM even have a name, just like a terrorist group or organised protest group, it looks to me like someone (singular or plural), is sitting behind a desk and mask barking orders looking for, and using every excuse they can find to degrade Cellino, with the final outcome the sale of LUFC. TTGM, who are obviously claiming to be true Leeds supporters, have managed to turn THE TRUE LEEDS SUPPORTERS against them I also suspect the hidden organisers have an equally hidden agenda that even some of the members of TTGM are not aware of; it's no secret that Leeds United are a gold mine in any league because of their home fan and global support following. So, who would want to acquire Leeds bad enough to create an anti Cellino fan organisation.................money makers of course. When Bates was taking us apart the fans just turned up and protested, TTGM seem to have financial backing to organise even technical protests; it also seems that they're ignoring the fact Cellino did nothing wrong on this occasion. IMO, someone wants Leeds United, and/or, someone wants to hurt Leeds United for a hidden agenda. Journalists don't help claiming "Cellino drags Leeds through the mud again", Cellino didn't drag Leeds through the mud, the journalist/s did.
As you are not a true leeds supporter this doesnt involve you. Put som cash through the coffers and you can criticise those that do.....
Chippy, respectfully speaking of course, have you actually come to realise, and understand that "it's my opinion" also applies to others.....
In other words, you don't know how to reply to it. P/S, would you like to read all the dictionary and Thesaurus meanings for fan......................again.... Quoting chippy, "I might be in a minority of one but that doesnt bother me. I think we are as close to the brink of oblivion than we have ever been. Sadly i am so disaffected by cellinos actions that i would rather see the club hit the wall than him stay involved. Yep i realise what i just said. I really dont care how the club does whilst he is here anymore. He isnt a price worth paying as far as i am concerned. We’ve got to have rules and obey them. After all, we’re not savages. We’re English, and the English are best at everything." you were saying?
You put nothing into the club.... Therefore your second hand opinions mean **** all to me............... End of.....

With cellino owning the club i will be making only slghtly more of a financial contribution (circa £200 in total) than you this season. Doing one more game cos I agreed to go with one of our travelling supporters and promisd them a lift ( and they are good company). Cellino is my reason for not going, whats yours?
Sorry chesh, that's not at all what Cellino was suggesting. He was asking for them to buy 20% of the club as a way of getting round their 3rd party ownership of players. In effect the club would only buy players owned by the investment group. They get a cut of profits on players they own, a bit like money / player laundering. Doesn't matter if the manager wants or needs the players so long as the investment group and Cellino make profit from them. If you're happy to have Cellino treat the club with such contempt then that's your choice of course. Said before it could (not certain I admit) cause trouble for the club if the investment group maintain economic rights of the players once we sell on.
