I told you all he was shyte, a pish head and he'll never wear our shirt again, same as I told you we'd get straight back into the Prem last season because we had the best squad in the league and I also told you all many years ago McClean was going to he the Irish Gareth Bale... Nobody ever fault or disagree with me again thankyou please..

everyone finds their level, at some stage in their lives, just because he has found his there is no need for the humble pie mate, he is still a piss head yes.

As said in the other thread, I reckon having a manager who can get the best out of players is helping everyone.

I think Ross will show just how crap our last 3 managers have been.

To think we were not even in that game but won it, amazing and thanks to Catts I will go to every other home game now !

Many moons ago, I once wrote on this board that he was among the best defensive midfielders in England and might have a chance of the shirt were it not for his past reputation for some reckless tackling.

There is still a very good player in Lee Cattermole. Not sure 'bout this, but I think it was O'Neil (and Gus) who got the best out of him, in particular helping him not to get booked or red-carded every other game.

And he WAS GOOD! Permier League attackers used to back off around him and he was fearless and effective. Ha'way then lad, 3 solid games and a brace of goals ...and we're begging him to stay. Let's also remember how he used to muff up so many times in front of goal, and who said he couldn;t f**kin score?

Then again I was also once in an increasingly die hard minority who kept saying the Altidore would come good, so what the f*ck do I know?.

Absolutely! Its good to see him put a shift in and get a couple of goals but by god he owes us a couple of seasons of performances!

He could still go. The window isn't shut yet and he is still an expensive luxury in this league.
