We managed to get Cat 1 and all thats happened so far is that we've been getting murdered each week by the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea and United.

As you've never seen the KC pitch in the flesh, suppose its too much to think you would know Ideal is immaculate and no dog's allowed. Pity you should get your trike out and have a look, its a long way from East hull mind

 

From what I've heard it is only a lease/rental deal as the Allams have not given up on the idea of a sports complex with stadium if not at the KC then at Melton. This is intended as a 3-4 year short term fix with future developments depending upon external investment & City's continued Premier League status. The training ground will remain at Cottingham at least for now so the youth/development teams will have better facilities than the senior squad
